We're Hiring
Diversity Forum Delivery Lead
Shape the future of equitable social investment.
The Diversity Forum is seeking a Delivery Lead — an individual, team, or organisation to coordinate the operational and strategic functions of the Forum over a four-year engagement. This is a rare opportunity to drive system-wide change in how the UK social investment sector embeds equity, diversity and inclusion.
Deadline: 5pm, Tuesday 19 May 2026
About the Role
The Diversity Forum Delivery Lead is responsible for providing strategic leadership and hands-on delivery across the Forum's key workstreams — from stakeholder engagement and communications to research, events, and accountability frameworks.
There is no single prescribed delivery model. We welcome proposals from individuals, consultancies, agencies, consortia, and teams. What matters most is your commitment to equity, your experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments, and your capacity to deliver.
The engagement is for four years, at an estimated annual budget of £70,000–£75,000. The Delivery Lead will not be employed by the Diversity Forum or its fiscal host, Social Investment Business, but will enter a service agreement as a self-employed consultant or registered organisation.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Delivery Lead who can demonstrate:
Expertise in EDI strategy, facilitation and sector engagement
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives or partnerships
Capacity to deliver high-quality outputs within budget and timelines
Commitment to transparency, collaboration and accountability
We also consider knowledge of the social investment sector to be desirable.
The Four-Year Plan
The Delivery Lead will implement the Diversity Forum's four-year strategy, moving through four phases:
Year 1 — Building Infrastructure & Strengthening Foundations Governance renewal, re-engaging signatories, launching the first sector-wide EDI audit, and relaunching the EDI Toolkit.
Year 2 — Deepening Data, Accountability and Leadership Representation Publishing the first State of EDI Benchmarking Report, hosting a CEO Convening, and strengthening collaboration with infrastructure bodies.
Year 3 — Consolidating System Change and Sector Sustainability Launching an interactive dashboard, developing an EDI maturity framework, expanding the Ambassador Network, and hosting a national Inclusion Forum.
Year 4 — Transition, Sustainability and Legacy Delivering a final evaluation, consolidating tools and resources, and preparing the Forum for its next strategic cycle.
