A New Chapter for the Diversity Forum
AM Consortium Appointed as Delivery Lead to Drive the Diversity Forum's Four-Year Strategy
The Diversity Forum is delighted to announce the appointment of AM Consortium LLP as its new Delivery Lead, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Forum and the wider social investment sector.
Following a competitive procurement process, AM Consortium has been appointed to lead the delivery of the Diversity Forum's ambitious four-year strategy, supported by funding from Access – The Foundation for Social Investment.
Since its establishment, the Diversity Forum has brought together organisations from across the social investment ecosystem to champion equity, diversity and inclusion, challenge systemic barriers and promote greater accountability across the sector. Building on this strong foundation, the next four years will focus on strengthening collaboration, supporting signatories, sharing evidence of what works and driving meaningful, sector-wide change.
The Forum's new strategy has been shaped through engagement with signatories, partners and stakeholders and sets out an ambitious programme of work centred around five strategic priorities:
Strengthening leadership and accountability across the sector.
Supporting organisations to embed equitable and inclusive practices.
Building a stronger evidence base for change.
Convening organisations to share learning and collaborate.
Influencing policy and practice to create a more inclusive social investment ecosystem.
As Delivery Lead, AM Consortium, co-led by Morinade Akinbobola and Atlyn Forde, will work closely with the Steering Group, signatories and partners to coordinate delivery, strengthen governance, increase engagement and ensure the Forum continues to evolve as a trusted, collaborative voice for equity, diversity and inclusion.
A message from AM Consortium
"We are honoured to have been appointed as the Diversity Forum's Delivery Lead. The Forum has played an important role in bringing organisations together around a shared commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, and we are excited to build on that legacy.
